All online orders are carefully prepared by our small team from Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders are generally processed within 4–5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.

For customers in the United States, all orders shipped to U.S. addresses are fulfilled through our U.S. distribution center, helping ensure that no duties or taxes are charged upon delivery.

While we strive to process every order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, depending on inventory availability at our U.S. distribution center.
